30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
All return requests must be initiated within this timeframe. Starting a return is simple—just open your order from the confirmation email or log into your customer account, choose the order, and click Start Return.

Return Requirements

To ensure the integrity of our products and maintain our luxury standards, all returned merchandise must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned in the same condition in which it was received

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free of stains, odors, marks, or visible signs of wear

  • All original tags must remain attached and intact

  • Include all original packaging, components, and accessories

SMH Atelier reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@smhatelier.com, and we will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)

  • Personal care items (beauty or grooming products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to complete a return first.
Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason, without providing justification.

Returned items must:

  • Be in the same condition received

  • Be unworn, unused, unwashed

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Include proof of purchase


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
